If you have a base model without the remote heater and WiFi module, you won't have the clock button
I have a 24 Noir and no clock button on the FOBs. It’s nowhere near a base model. Do you have a pic of a FOB clock button? I don’t see any reference to it in my owners book.

Charging issues with PHEVs can be frustrating, but here are some steps to troubleshoot your 2015 Outlander PHEV:

  1. Check the Charging Cable: Inspect the cable for any visible damage or loose connections. Try using a different charging station or cable to rule out a faulty cable.
  2. Verify the Power Source: Ensure the outlet or charging station you’re using is working properly. Plug in another device to test it.
  3. Reset the Vehicle's Charging System: Disconnect the charger, turn the vehicle off, and lock it. Wait a few minutes before trying to reconnect and charge again.
  4. Inspect Timer Settings: Sometimes, timer settings can glitch. Disable the timer and set the charging process to manual to see if it works.
  5. App and Software Updates: If the app isn’t communicating properly with the vehicle, try reinstalling it or checking for software updates for both the app and your PHEV.
  6. Vehicle Charging Port: Dirt, debris, or moisture in the charging port can cause connection issues. Inspect and clean it gently if necessary.
If these steps don’t resolve the problem, it may be a deeper issue with the onboard charger or a software glitch. Consulting a dealer or a certified mechanic might be necessary.
