Front Door Speakers - has anyone upgraded them ?

One of my front door speakers has started scratching, (I must of been listening to the Archers to loud), I guess that I could get it replaced under warranty, however I was wondering if it's an easy job to upgrade them to a decent aftermarket pair ?

Was going to in the future every car I have had I've upgraded the speakers, but what makes a big difference is better door bodywork sound deadening behind the speaker you will typically find a square of about 2 inches. It's not enough don't buy dynomat very pricey I've used black jack roof flashing which is better and is basically the same stuff.it sticks on better more pliable and is a fraction of the cost. I soundproofed many of my previous cars advice results are better then just upgradeing the speakers alone.
