Hi

I am new to this forum so bear with me! Ive just got a leased 2017 PHEW 4hs so got a couple of questions to ask..

Do you feel there are plenty of access to electric charging stations? I'm all for electric and believe electric will be the future but how far it can go in mileage is not great at the moment?

Thanks

Angus

The phev charges relativity slowly unless at a fast charger.

So its a good car to charge overnight or on a 15amp system in 3 hours, in NZ the public chargers are free but limited to 30-60min, chaedemo are paid and not really worth the cost.

There's also little to no need to charge the PHEV at a charging station, unlike EVs.

You can use the engine to add charge to the battery any time you want.

I believe that the rule of thumb is that you'll pay roughly ten times the value of the equivalent amount of petrol, if you charge at a charging station.
