changing the audio system language from Japanese to English

Hi All,

I just bought a Outlander PHEV 2015 model. However the audio system is in Japanese text. Can someone help/guide me on how to change this to English? I am sure there is a setting in there somewhere to select English as the language, but since the current menu is in Japanese I am unable to select it. Please advice.

Hi Sam

The dealer should have set that up for you when you got the car. I would contact them and get them to do it as there are other things on the pre delivery inspection that they should have done as well.

If they can't help - it would be helpful to know what country you are in and which model you have?

I seem to recall a similar post from Sri Lanka who had no dealer, as such, because it was a "grey" import. Probably the same issue here. I don't remember him finding a solution.
