Cant Synch Address Book

I have a new PHEV - the facelift - and cant get the contact list from my phone to synch to the vehicle via Bluetooth - only 435 contacts come over - phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 - no images - even local dealer baffled - anyone any ideas ?

If it's a 3h not a 4h then it may be the issue with the fact the address book has a maximum character count for the number of I think it's 16. First phone number it hits with more than that it stops the transfer. So if you have a long international number, or a pre-configured number to dial a conference call number they cause problems.

If It's a 4h, then no idea.
