Blank Alarm Notification On Infotainment Screen

I randomly get this pop up black screen that is supposed to be some kind of alarm notification but it doesn't say what it is or for, on the infotainment screen. I'd send an image if i can figure out how to on here...

It has happened a handful of times now and i'm getting a bit concerned.

Also, my music just randomly stops playing in the car for a few seconds and then after a while it gradually comes back, slowly ascending in volume until it reaches the original volume setting. I'm finding this a bit baffling...

Does anyone know what's going here :?:

I have a bell tone that goes off every now and then. Finally worked out it is a red light camera warning from the SatNav.
Other than that just check through all the menus, maybe key stops being detected.
