Not sure I completely agree - the review should be based on the intended proper use of the car. If they want to tell heavy-footed speed merchants or those without access to chargers what economy they should expect, then that could be done as an aside very briefly, something like -

"if you drive it like a normal 4x4 without any regard to your consumption or the ev/hybrid technology, you will probably get mpg in the 30s. If you drive it carefully without charging (say on a long journey) you may achieve high 30s".

The whole review shouldn't be so biased to that type of user - it doesn't properly reflect the benefits for the drivers it is intended for.

And if you don't have regular access to a charger:
1. Don't buy one
2. Don't moan if you do and the mpg is in the 30s
3. Don't review the thing!
