Anyone know how to clear the Handsfree system - its locked

its a company car which has been leant to another employee but the handsfree system is locked and we need to clear it so she can connect her mobile to be able to drive safely.
There are no dealerships nearby.

Would appreciate any help you can offer.

found a way to clear it... by getting into engineer menu, holding down settings and map together until menu appears.
