Android, incoming caller id, phone number only

I have uploaded my phonebook to the mmcs system without any problems at all. Its in there and I use it every day.
To access the phonebook there are too many buttons to press but that is a different matter.
My problem is that when I get an incoming call, only the phonenumber shows up on the screen.
Does anyone know how to show the name from the phonebook aswell?

TBH I never noticed but on a previous car I had did this and I had to change each individual phone entry to +44 from 07 format

I haven't tried it on the Outlander but on the other car I had to remove the country code all together from all contacts in order to get the caller ID correct on the screen.
