    ACC and EV service required

That's a real mess of errors. One is coolant and one is gearbox related. I had weird issues when my 12v battery went flat and I charged it while still connected to the car. I think the slow rise in voltage messes with the cars computers. They may have done this. Disconnect the 12v battery, wait...

2023+ maximum 12v battery charge rate?

I think your limitation will be the pins and wiring to the trailer socket & plug. I wouldn't exceed 10 Amps.

    Maximum EV Range

Prius use Nickel metal hydride, not Lithium. Totally different chemistry.

What does a new owner need to know?

That's OK. Neither do most folk with magic opinions.

What does a new owner need to know?

Sorry - can't change facts. Google: Creep mode in cars. BLDC motors as used in the PHEV do require power so as to avoid drag but it's minimal and has nothing to do with the behaviour when moving off from stationary.

What does a new owner need to know?

That's "creep" mode. Just about all cars have it (deliberately) to emulate automatic cars with torque converters where is was unavoidable. Nothing to do with regen.

    great resource

You don't even have to press park. Turning off does that too.

Level 1 charger has fault light blinking

As someone else said. It sounds like an earth fault at the power point. Plug it in somewhere else (no car) and see if the fault persists.

12 Volt Lithium Battery and Accessory Mode.

China is a big country. "They know what they are doing" might cover some of the better manufacturers but not, I fear, those who sell though AliExpress. My dealing with them have been suss. The PHEV charge profile would be quite wrong for a LiFePO4 battery so you are risking life and limb here...

    Towing with 2023 Outlander PHEV

Very weird. In Australia the 2014 PHEV is rated at 1500kg braked with a 150kg maximum ball weight which is reasonable.1500kg is about 3300lb. Seems to me there is a huge mistake in the USA (and other) manuals.

    2023 PHEV Outlander

Folk should really read science based information in why petroleum has octane ratings. Higher octane than an engine requires is just burning money.

    12v Auxiliary Battery rapid discharge

When you charge the traction battery the 12V battery gets charged as well.

30% charge showing at charger even though my car says 0 miles

When it starts the petrol motor. There is no 12v starter motor in the PHEV. The generator under the bonnet is used to start the petrol motor so there needs to be some battery left to do this a few times.

    Coasting ReGens

Wow. Exactly the opposite. I will point out that b5 is a little harsh for drivers behind you and there is no brake light warning (at least on the 2014).

    Coasting ReGens

    Great for towing...

    DTC on freeway

I strongly recommend you purchase an OBD2 dongle and use EvBatMon or Phev watchdog to actually see what is going on with your battery. Knowledge will help and quite possibly save the car.

Fog lights swap with DRL LED PHEV 2014

On this topic. I have a 2014 PHEV (in Australia) that only has Fog lights down low - no DRLs. Does anyone know if these https://www.stedi.com.au/boost-integrated-driving-light-to-suit-type-a-fogs.html are essentially a drop-in replacement? I realise I may have to run the wiring for the DRLs -...

    Serial/Parallel Switch Speed

No, not turtle mode, but a previous trip made me aware that once the battery bars are gone, demanding lots of power DOES cause turtle mode. Agreed. But when you demand lots of power like that and it switches to series mode, most of it still comes from the battery. I'm not really after an expert...

    Serial/Parallel Switch Speed

One additional point. In REALLY hilly country where you are down to 60-70km/h it's not a problem. The ICE is free to rev as high as it likes to generate lots of elecyricity - series mode.
