I found the second fuse box on my 2014 RHD. I eventually found the "fuse box locations" in the handbook, I'd only found the "fuse location tables" section. Both tables agree with Pilot's images.

On my 2014 I could only find one fusebox in the engine compartment. The fusebox lid identified the relay as R5 and an image like the dashboard engine check light.

Rough UK figures for my 11kWh model: 11kWh @ 70p/kWh = £7.70 at a charging station. Which takes you 20 to 25 miles - agreed ? Petrol is about £7 per gall. Which takes you about 30 to 40 miles - agreed ? You have to charge at home, typically at 7p to 15p with the right tariff.

How do you average 70mph+ without breaking speed limits ? I could get to York much quicker doing that :-<

Has the EVSE ever worked at your house? Or is it a new one ? There may be an earth leakage or poor earth in your house or car that the EVSE doesn't like. Did the dealership plug in to your car and there was no fault light ?

New 12v battery - leave it connected, if the start button fires up the dash it's okay. Don't do any Lindqvist or D-Method. As the post by tfv43, and error codes suggest, aircon has lost it's fluid or is malfunctioning.

Hi Fjpod There are many devices - laptop power bricks for instance - that work on 120V and 240V. But as your charger isn't marked 120V-240V I wouldn't chance it. Look on eBay USA for a used one that is 240V compliant.
