but but... there's 120 km/h on motorways! ;-) Anyway, till now traveled quite a bit at that 115 CC limit (110/111 on GPS indeed) and got used to it... doesn't hurt anymore! It will be annoying when I'll go on EU adventure though... but then again, I have ridden cars without any CC for over 30...

Well mate, I gave up on it to be honest. ECU Remapping guys would be best bet I guess but there are some risks involved... in the end I never went for it. So, sorry no good tip for ya.

Heater water valve (four-way valve) in my case, but seriously... it could be so many reasons as far as I see on forums... not to mentions idiotic per country model differences...

I believe that depending on your model, you may not have any in-hose filter, for example my 2018 PHEV does not have it. For what it's worth, I had same issue, and it was the valve that had to be replaced. After that, heats great!

In my case it was a valve. Replaced with new one. Heats nicely.
