I assume you're thinking of Android Auto wireless?In which case I believe that links over WiFi and the units in the outlander don't have that support in the model years available in the UK AFAIK. Certainly the 2018-19 2.4L with SDA doesn't as my daughter has to connect the USB cable. I also do in mine but I've a different Mitsu head unit (ex L200/Mirage I think) in my 2019 model.
