Winter tyres recommends

I would like to change my tyres to a winter grade, do I have to stick to 18's or can I go 17?

Depends on the legal requirements in your country. I went for all-weather tyres on the original rims all year round.

Yes you can use 17” rims but try to keep the same outside tyres’ diameter.

I went down a size for my winter wheels - the size was quoted as an option in the manual.
