Window switches illumination in doors

My 2016 Phev has only one of the window switches in the door illuminated at night - the drivers window switch has a feint green bar. None of the other switches (on both doors) or the mirror switches are illuminated. Is this just my car or is it normal.? I cannot find a separate fuse.
