Will this 240v charging cable work?

Hi all, new 2023 Outlander PHEV owner. It's Prime Day and I'm wondering if I can find a good deal on a 240v cable. Here's the one I'm looking at:

Looks to be the correct J1772 and is 32amp. Will it charge faster than the Level 1 cable that comes with the car? We're in the U.S. in case that matters. I know there are members from other parts of the world in here.

It looks like the 32 amp is said to be overkill due to the 3.7 kW on-board charger. The 16 amp version would suffice. Just to be clear though, the 16 amp Level 2 will result in charging times in the 6-7 hour range, correct? It's cheaper than the 32 amp so that's a plus.

I have a similar one from Amazon. Any Level 2 charger should charge the car in about 3.5 hours.
