Wifi ?

hi guys,

jsut bought a PHEV (jap import) and all going well but one question - the wifi

1) I have been told apparently not all phev's have wifi - is that correct ? and if so how do i tell if mine has it ?
2) How do i access it if i dont have the passcode - must have been lost over time as it came to NZ

If you have it your phone will show it. The passcode can be retrieved with Mitsubishi, but it will be a bit of an uphill struggle.

So as long as I got through the clicking lock unlock etc it will come up of its there ?

Is it true some models didn't come with it ?

Hi there,I also have a JDM outlander PHEV 2016.
I managed to connect my phone to my vehicle.
What’s the model you have? Japanese domestic models come in several models.
The best grade is G PREMIUM(With Aero body parts-Optional)
Then comes the G SAFETY
The basic outlander model is called as G NAVI
So what do you have?
And make sure you still have your original MMCS!
Some japs swap the MMCS with other branded systems.
The G PREMIUM(with Aero body parts) has WIFI(which I have)
Do you have Sunroof? You don’t get Sunroof on the G NAVI.
