Which Coolant is correct

Morning

I am getting mixed results on what engine Coolant I should be getting for my 2015 Outlander .

any one can direct me into the right direction on the type I need ( UK Only ) as some outlets say Red or Blue, i can see its Blue currently but not sure if all the blue Coolants are the same.

Any help would be great
