SSID issue

Hi,

I'm trying to register the vehicle to use app and when I try to connect the SSID of the vehicle is different to the one on my slip of paper with password ....hence doesn't connect with the password.

Any ideas?

Phone recognises SSID : REMOTE87...

Paper with car documents has SSID : REMOTE63...

Sounds like the wrong info card was out in the wrong vehicle. The dealer will be able to plug in and obtain the password for the correct SSID if you take it in.
