So what exactly is front motor fluid?

There was a another post in regards to front motor fluid cvtf-j4 is a coolant. Is it a coolant or an oil that requires changing? I just did my first oil change on my 2020 outlander phev and looked around for this front motor fluid but don't really see anything like the Ice's oil pan etc and fill cap on the electric motor side. Does anyone have a guide or pictures of what exactly am I looking to replace 2.2L of? The manual is of no help.

For any people in the future who are also curious. The electric motor oil change is roughly every 40,000km to 48,000km based on "how dirty the oil is" is what a mitsubishi tech told me. There is no dipstick. There are 3 bolts to remove. One to fill, one is a level, and a drain.
