Reset Passcode

Hi - I've just bought a 2015 Outlander PHEV from a dealer - picked it up about an hour ago. The dealer tried pairing my phone up but the security code is not the default 1212. Tried various other options (1111,2222,1234 etc..) but no joy. He was going to do some research and get back to me, but does anyone know how I can reset it? I found something online suggesting I turn it on and press the hang up button for 2 seconds before releasing, 3x in 10 seconds, but that hasn't worked either.

Any suggestions?

Panic over. The dealer has come through with details on how to unlock it. (Hold down settings and map together)

I guess next step is connect with the APP to the Car WiFi.

Did you got the WiFi Password ?

If not ... if there is any trick to get it will be nice to know

i think quite a few people are looking for the wifi reset, or default password.
