Replacement Radio

Has anybody replaced the MMCS with an aftermarket unit and used the Connects2 kit to keep the rear camera?

In the Greenlandic edition there is no MMCS option, and all versions comes with the Display Audio system. Hence I would like to know if anyone has tried upgrading that to the MMCS system? And, if anyone has one lying around, I might be interested in buying it
