I changed my Samsung S7 on Android 8.0.0 for a more robust S7Active on Android 7. The former & an iPhone had been registered to the 18 plate G4h without difficulty. I de-registered the S7 but could not register the S7Active & so re-registered the S7. Anyone can suggest why I can't register the S7Active please?
