remote control app not working with fully operation

hello boys,
samsung 5 mini phone (android 4.4.2) the Remote Ctrl application when i am using it I have errors. Basic functions (heating-cooling switch, lighting switch, battery's condition, etc.) are working but most functions are not, for example, set timer (charging, climate control), settings (alarm history, version information, etc ...)
I removed the app on my phone and I installed it again, but the problem remained.
could someone help me pls?

You are doing better than me - i cant even access the car now via the app.

I can connect to the WiFi without any problems, but when I launch the app it says it can not communicate.
