Registration Error PHEVII Remote App exceeded maximum number

Hello all, sorry if this has been posted before but I did do a search and did not find anything. 2018 GT and trying to connect via the remote app. It says I have to register the VIN and then asks for the SSID and password. When I put those in I get error:

"Registration Error; The maximum number of device registrations has been exceeded. Please delete one. The only option is "ok" and then I am taken back to the previous screen.

Maybe it is something very simple but I don't now how to "delete one".

I probably have run through the registration multiple times as I have changed phones three times since I purchased the Outlander and had to install the app and register each time. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck.

Anyone know how to delete at least one of the device registrations?

Thank you the search I did didn't bring this up, it looks like there are a couple of things I can try. Thanks again!
