Rear light failure on auto

Last night the rear lights on my 2016 gxh3 failed to come on when the car was set to auto. Cockpit lights and front headlamps came on as normal, but the rear lights did not (which I discovered after getting flashed by an annoyed driver behind me). Problem started after the recall. Anyone else had this problem?

I haven't seen this problem, but I haven't looked for it either.

I'll make a point of checking the rear lights, next time I power up in the dark.

To which particular recall do you refer? I've recently had changing wi-fi code to 14 digits and spark plug change with I think some ECU fiddling too. These were two separate recalls. Checked my rear lights last night on 'auto' setting though and all ok.

The 'spark plugs recall'. I had a service performed at the same time. The issue may have been a one-off. It happened whilst driving, but appears to ok again now.
