Pulling battery charge level for smart plugs in Australia

I have a 2023 model, and am trying to do some "smart" charging at home by turning my charger on and off based on extra solar power and the current battery state. Is there a way to pull the charge level on the 2023 model? Looks like ODB2 options ended with the 2022 model, and other methods I've seen work by connecting to the cars wireless network, which appears to be disabled in Australia.
