Problem charging

I have a problem charging with the supplied three pin charger cable at my place of work, the car refuses to charge flashing charge light .
I have turn off all timed charges with no success. strange thing is if I press the start button ACC the charge light stops flashing and the car charges.
I have also tried turning off link to location .

Any ideas

The first time I tried charging at Ikea on the DC connector I got an error unable to connect. Turned out I hadn't turned the car off via the Start button. Went well after that.

Set my cars internal timing to charge on position three for 06:00 till 05:00 and it worked after that ...
