Question I thought of... Is the roof steel or aluminium? Will need to put a beacon on for work! :roll:

Its also not flat ..it has ridges running the full length, that may give you a challenge depending on the type of beacon and where you want to put it

I'm not sure it is so easy to tell without the assistance of a magnet. We took our Prius to France a couple of years ago and took a magnetic "GB" badge with us to avoid marking the paintwork. We got off the boat at the French end, I walked round the back and slapped my badge on the back - and it fell straight off... We ended up driving round France for several days with it stuck to the back window with chewing gum!
