The PHEV has a long warranty period and we need to observe that a manufacturer will check for fault codes in the various ECU at a scheduled service.
My PHEV threw up a couple of codes when the passenger seat belt was unclipped for a period of time. Messages went away with a power OFF, but were still recorded in the ECU as non persistent.
I am able to add that my sticky switch mods have not generated any error codes.
I will not be pulling fuses as a mod before the warranty is over. Not prepared to test the resolve of MMC pleading a potential voided warranty.
