MMCS fault?

Using satnag to navigate up to Stoke last weekend, halfway up the M40 the screen went blank, the software rebooted. Anyone had this issue?

Then on a regular basis, when navigating through screens to set up a destination, it defaults to the Phone page! I thought I was pressing the button on the side by mistake, until it happened for the fourth time.

I would check the SD card is inserted all the way in or clean the SD card contacts with a soft dry cloth and reinsert as a first thought. After that, it's probably a dealer visit.
