I need some help and advice regarding an issue with my Mitsubishi Outlander from 2019.
The problem is related to the alternator and the EV clutch, and Mitsubishi has told me that they have never encountered this issue before.
Even though my car has 103000km , Mitsubishi Europe accepted to cover the cost of parts.
My car has been at the authorized service center since March 13th .
Unfortunately, after all these months, the mechanics have not been able to identify and resolve the issue.
I have always trusted the quality and reliability of Mitsubishi cars, but I am at a loss about what to do in this case.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Do you have any suggestions on how I can expedite the resolution of this issue or what steps I should take next?
