iPhone5 playing music VIA USB

Everyone,
I haven't taken delivery of my PHeV yet should be next week.

Has anyone tried using a iPhone to play music etc with the USB port.

I know it said iPod but didn't get chance to check the iPhone.

Yes, it definitely works. I haven't got one yet, but I tested one for a few days and plugged it in and it worked fine. When a call came in, it stopped the music and took the phone call on the Bluetooth as per other cars, and then just went straight back to playing whatever was playing before.
