Head Unit Replacement for 2013

I have outlander 2013 GG2W. I need to use Apple CarPlay and PHEV information in head unit
But, Current MMCS dont have apple carplay.

If I Replace Aftermarket headunit, those dont have PHEV information.

So looking for possibility to replace with Outlander 2017 Head unit.
Looking for advice.

Can replace 360 camera if required

Did you get any feedback on this request? I have a MMC j-11 headunit in my 2014 Outlander PHEV and I would also like to update this to a Apply Play compatible head unit. Would appreciate some feedback.

Same here, would be good to know if anyone had a satisfactory solution for this.

Does anyone know what OS the factory unit is based on. Is it Android? If so, it may be possible to get a dongle to apply CarPlay to it.
