I am sorry to say I have come to the difficult decision to change my Outlander PHEV as due to an accident that damaged my spine I am confined to a wheelchair and finding it very difficult to get into the drivers seat and out again. Plus the fact of having to get someone else put in some petrol now and again has made me choose a smaller all electric car. So thanks to all you wonderfully knowledgable people, it has been very interesting reading about all the things that may have gone wrong with my GX4h and how to fix them.
So long all and happy PHEVing

Sorry to hear about your Accident.

I offer you my thoughts and prayers with hope that spinal injuries can soon be repair.

Elon Musk's Neuralink is looking very promising, so their may be hope for you and millions of others that may have a similar condition.
