Gapless Music

Hello, has anybody succeeded in playing music from SD-Cards or USB Sticks in gapless Mode ? Especially important for classical music or concept albums. The only way I succeeded is by concatenating the whole CD into one track with the drawback that you cannot select individual tracks.
