Fog lights swap with DRL LED PHEV 2014

Hi everyone,

I am thinking of swapping my current DRL fog lights with LED DRL on headlights .

Should be simple as they are just a self adhesive LED strip however the link shows they are no longer available, anyway.

On this topic. I have a 2014 PHEV (in Australia) that only has Fog lights down low - no DRLs.
Does anyone know if these https://www.stedi.com.au/boost-integrated-driving-light-to-suit-type-a-fogs.html are essentially a drop-in replacement?
I realise I may have to run the wiring for the DRLs - unless Mitsu just happen to use the same wiring loom as in UK.
