Thanks for the kind words. But lets be careful with filtering out too much (what you call) noise before presenting data. For fuel level type data, of course, you want to average out values read. But for other types of data, you may not want to smoothen things out.


Remember the graphs I presented, that showed how the PHEV plays with the Charge Current to control speed at low SOCs and plays with the throttle to control speed at high SOCs? Too much smoothening-out would have hidden that effect from us.


I am not saying we should not smooth out data here and there. I am just saying we should be careful when doing so  ;)
