Found all the fault codes on a Russian site, I've stripped out any links just in case they dodgy, you'll have to unzip it as myoutlanderphev doesn't allow uploads of DOC format, I did create it using Liberty Office ODT format and then save it in Word Doc format so their shouldn't be any macro's hidden, but please test/check for virus/malware once extracted.
