Does the 4WD button work on both driving and regeneration?

Does the 4WD button work on both driving and regeneration (braking with charging)?

Ie in slippery steep downhill in winter - will the 4WD button also distribute the regenerative braking 50/50?

Having come down slippery slopes, I think so - but I am not sure.

The system always does regenerative braking with 50/50 distribution, with or without the 4WD locked.

Anyway, on the snow I always keep the 4WD lock.
