Dashcam - SD card into

Has anyone tried taking the SD from a dashcam and putting it in the SD slot in the audio console? Or am I hoping for a technological stride forward too far to expect to play the video files here?

You may have a different model car to me, but there is no evidence (in manual or elsewhere) of my car being able to play video files.
