We plug our 2018 PHEV every day, regardless of how many (or few) miles we have driven. We have overnight cheaper electricity. Is it a good idea if we have only driven 10 miles, or should we wait until it’s empty? We only normally use it locally so rarely run out of charge.

It will probably mean that your range meter (AKA the guessometer) will be more pessimistic about your battery range.

As long as that doesn't bother you, you should be fine.

I do the same. I recharge every night whether it is half or not.
