Charging on start up

hi had my PHEW car 6 years first problem was today when I started car this morning went straight to charging with still 60% battery anyone else had this problem and know how to sought it out?

After reading earlier post went and filled up with fuel,problem solved thank you!!
6 years of driving and that has been my only Problem great motor!

Did the engine start as soon as you switched on the car, or did you have to start driving somewhere first? Also, how long had it been since you last refueled the car (number of days)?
