Car unlocked itself and opened the boot

Evening all, just had a bit of an odd one. Our 2015 Outlander PHEV just opened itself, then opened the boot (tailgate) all on its own. Initially I was pretty convinced our toddler had found the spare keys, so closed it and locked it. Also checked the other set weren't caught on something.

I then observed it unlock and lock itself again. This time both sets of keys were away from the toddler and on a table. There was no one nearby so don't think it's anything nefarious.

Any ideas?
