Battery not charging

I have a 2017 outlander and live in the UK. The car is now not charging the battery by normal home charger or via the three pin charger. Any ideas? Thanks

Please plug in another device to that outlet to ensure that it is working.

If not, try another outlet.

If it does work, try plugging the charger again without an extension cord. Are there any lights on the charger body?

Check to make sure that no one has set up 'charging timers' via the app or via the MMCS unit in the car.
