Android Car Stereo?

Hi! Has anyone ever installed the Android GPS Car stereo? I want to buy one and know more the car stereo and install in my car. Is it difficult to install this? How about the Seicane Android car stereo?

It's a straightforward double din install if you buy the fascia surround specific to the Outlander. The centre console comes apart easily enough, and running an external mic is easy (mine's on top of my steering column).
