Alarms sounding when braking

Hello all,
Recently took delivery of my 2019 Outlander, I had front and rear sensors and a tow bar fitted as extras. I now have an alarm sound when braking which is one long tone followed by three short ones _ . . .
I cannot find anything in the owners guide relating to this problem, anyone any suggestions?

Just my 2 cents,
I would suspect the wiring of the tow bar giving a short or wrong connection, once the brake lights get a current.
