Same as if you'd knocked a pedestrian over in any other car, I'd think!

I do think that the artificial noise generated is not loud enough in city traffic. There should be a means to increase it. I looked in the setup menu - nothing there unless I missed it.
I'll bring it up to my PHEV dealer next time I go there.
