Access to Rolec OLEV usage data

I've just had a Rolec home chargepoint intstalled which includes a GPRS enabled power meter to report kW used.
Is it possible for me to access this data via the web?
Not told if or how to do this by the installer and Rolec haven't responded to my question!

The data is collected as part of the OLEV grant requirement and so should be subject to a FoI request. If not a DPA request should work. It doesn't have to be real;-time though and they only have to make stored data available. If you feel like paperwork.

I asked the same question of Podpoint when I had mine installed and also had no response.
That was before I realised the car keeps track of the power used to charge, so I never chased them up.

You would think that charge point manufacturers would be more interested in users of their products, but from my experience
it would appear not. Think they are just interested in getting them out there & getting their funding from the government. :roll:

Trouble is that there is no ongoing revenue stream to be had out of us - how many of us are going back to them next year for a second charging point or for an upgrade?

When I had my solar panels installed I paid extra for a wireless remote display which tells me genration data in real time and history. Charge point manufacturers could raise additional income with such devices as I am sure some owners would buy one.
