    I agree, the other connector is for the non-phev battery connection up front. I know this is an old thread. Did you resolve your wiring? I'm just getting started and apppreciate any help

    Yes I have noticed that since I stated charging from 11pm-7am (the discount time) I no longer hear the battery cooler come on. The original Level 1 charger forced me to charge outside of the discount time because it took 16 hours to charge so I would plug in every time I got home, invariably...

    Good point, we just traded our 2013 Prius in for our Outlander Phev...no battery issues in 11 years of use

    Based on your 2000 number that only allows for 5 1/2 years of battery cycles...I have not read of people replacing batteries that soon.

    I agree there is no regenerative advantage to the IP, but I also bought the car to have some fun and it gives me that. This vehicle provides so many drive options. I only wish the IP was more like the Tesla and would do full stop.

    I agree, stating the IP is On or Off is incorrect. It was the first error I noticed in this post. I use it all the time and feather what I need in speeding up or slowing down. I thinks its a great innovation (pun intended)

    So where is the sim card located? How do I access it? Who is paying for the carrier data plan associated with the sim card?
